🐇 முயல் உலகின் பல பகுதிகளிலும் காணப்படும் ஒரு பாலூட்டி விலங்காகும். முயல்கள் ஐரோப்பிய தென்மேற்கு ஆசியா சுமத்ர ஆப்ரிக்கா தென்அமெரிக்க மற்றும் ஜப்பானின் சில தீவுகளை பிறப்பிடமாக கொண்டுள்ளன.


🐇 இவை சமவெளி காடுகள், சதுப்பு நிலங்கள், புல்வெளிகள் மற்றும் பாலை நிலங்களில் வாழும் விலங்கினமாகும்

🐇ஒரு வயதுக்கும் குறைவான முயல் ஆங்கிலத்தில் லெவெரெட் (leveret) என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறது. பல முயல்கள் சேர்ந்த ஒரு கூட்டம் ஆங்கிலத்தில் "ட்ரோவ்" (drove) என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறது.

ஒரு காட்டில் ஒரு சாமியார் மூச்சுத்திணற ஓடிக் கொண்டிருந்தார். அவரை யாரும் துரத்தவில்லை. அவர் ஓடுவதை அருகிலிருந்த மூன்று திருடர்களுக்கு வியப்பை உண்டு பண்ணியது. அவர்கள் சாமியாரைப் பிடித்து வந்து மூச்சுத்திணற ஓடியதன் காரணத்தைக் கேட்டனர். அதற்கு பயத்திலே நடுங்கி நின்ற சாமியார் தன்னைச் சாவு துரத்துவதாகக் கூறினார். திருடர்கள் சாமியாரைப் பைத்தியம் என்று எண்ணினர். அந்த சாவைக் காட்டுமாறு சாமியாரிடம் கூறினர்.

சாமியார் அவர்களை அழைத்துச் சென்று ஒரு குகையைக் காண்பித்தார். அந்த குகையில் கண்ணைப் பறிக்கும் ஒளியுடன் குகை நிறையத் தங்கம் இருந்தது. தங்கத்தைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள திருடர்கள் எண்ணினர். ஆனால் அவர்களை பசி வாட்டியது. அவர்கள் தம்மில் ஒருவனை உணவு வாங்கி வர அருகில் உள்ள ஒரு நகருக்கு அனுப்பினர்.

அவன் உணவுடன் திரும்பியதும் இரு திருடர்களும் அவனைக் கொலை செய்தனர். ஏனெனில் தங்கம் முழுவதையும் தாங்களே கவர எண்ணினர். உணவு வாங்கி வந்த திருடனோ உணவில் நஞ்சு கலந்திருந்தான். அவனும் மற்ற இருவரைப் போலவே தங்கம் முழுவதையும் தானே அபகரிக்க விரும்பினான். நஞ்சூட்டப்பட்ட உணவு உண்ட திருடர்களும் மாண்டனர். தங்கம் பிழைத்தது. சாமியாரின் வாக்குப்பலித்தது.

அரசு பணியிலிருந்து உடல் நலம் இயலாமை காரணமாக விருப்ப ஓய்வு பெறும் அரசு ஊழியர்களின் வாரிசுதாரர்களுக்கு கருணை அடிப்படையில் பணி நியமனம் வழங்குதல் அரசாணை ( GO NO 10 , DATE : 13.02.2009 )

 

1. மருத்துவ இயலாமை காரணமாக பணி ஓய்வபெற்ற அசு ஊழியர்கள் ஆண் பெண் ஆகியோரின் வாரிசுதாரர்களுக்குக் கருணை அடிப்படையிலான பணி நியமன சலுகைள் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

2 .மருத்துவ இயலாமை காணமாக பாணி ஓய்வு பெறும் அரசு ஊழியர்களின் அதிகபட்ச வயது வரம்பு 50 லிருந்து 53 ஆக உயர்த்தி ஆணை வெளியிடப்பட்டது .

3 . இந்நிலையில் கருணை அடிப்படையிலான பணி நியமனங்களுக்குக் தடையாணை பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டு அத்தடையானது அரசாணை ( நிலை ) எண் 6 . பணியாளர் மற்றும் நிர்வாக சீர்திருத்த துறை , நாள் 21.02.2006ல் விலக்கி கொள்ளப்பட்டு , அரசானை ( நிலை ) எண் 61 , தொழிலாளர் மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்பு துறை நாள் 19.06.2006ல் இது குறித்து வழிமுறைகள் தனியாக வெளியிடப்படும் என அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டிருந்தது .

4 . உச்சநீதி மன்றத்தீர்ப்பு மற்றும் - பணியாளர் குழுவின் பரிந்துரையின் அடிப்படையில் , அமைச்சரவைக் கூட்டத்தில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட முடிவின்படி , அரசாணை ( நிலை ) எண் 42 , தொழிலாளர் மற்றும் வேலை வாய்ப்புத் துறை , நாள் 12.03.2007 - ல் கருணை அடிப்படையிலான பணிநியமாம் குறித்து சில வழிக்காட்டு நெறிமுறைகள் வெளியாடப்பட்டன.
